Lindens in bloom

It's the time to use your nose----follow that sweet scent and you will likely find a linden in bloom. Places to look---Pine Street between 13th and 16th on the north side, and especially Mapleton between 28th and 27th by the side of the Nissan dealer. I remember walking back one moonlit June night from the old Yard of Ale, and I was assailed by an unearthly perfume cloud. These are beautiful mature lindens planted in a row, about 8 of them, by some thoughtful persons. These little flowers are so sweet, and will last a week or so.
